Tractors:
Our power is provided by 65 Company and Owner Operator tractors, each unit bears the markings of Rideway on the doors and are licensed in the Company name.
Trailers:
Rideway only operates 53 ft trailers. In our continuing effort to ensure quality of service, in April, 2003 we commenced a fleet upgrade to new 53ft air-ride plate trailers. These trailers are 101 wide inside and have no plywood liners that can be damaged. Serving the packaging and food industry means that trailers can be easily inspected to be free of all contaminates.
In May of 2004, we upgraded our fleet with the addition of 50 new air-ride plate trailers in order that 65% of fleet meets our new standards. This upgrade will continue during the next two years when 100% of fleet will be air-ride plate trailers.
Effective October 2005 our fleet comprised of 132 plate trailers.
