Rideway Transport Inc. has been in service since 1993. Last year we moved over 15,700 loads claims free.

Market:
Rideway Transport Inc. is a regional general freight truckload carrier utilizing 53-foot van trailers. In nearly every case, the same driver picks up and delivers the load. Our specialty is providing same day and next day service in our market area.

What makes Rideway different is our straightforward thinking. No stories – we just tell the truth at all times and provide the service promised.

Service Area:
There are two prime service areas:

1. Intra South-western Ontario
2. International service between SW Ontario and points in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

October 2006 - In response to our customer needs we are opening our area of service to include North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas.

Our on time delivery schedule is 99.6%.

Communications:
Direct communications (direct-connect) with all drivers is maintained through the use of cellular phones with GPS satellite tracking installed in every vehicle. All loads are either delivered the same day or next day as scheduled.

ISO 9001:
At Rideway, we take customer service seriously. We have been an ISO Registered carrier since November 4, 1998. On November 28, 2003 we were successfully audited to meet the ISO 2000 standards. Rideway is ISO 9001 registered.

CSA/PIP:
Effective January 11, 2002. Rideway has been approved as a Custom Self Assessed approved carrier. Our name now appears on a list of approved carriers at the following website:

FAST/C-TPAT:
Effective March 6, 2003, we are pleased to announce that Rideway has been approved under the US Customs Free And Secure Trade program.

Operating Authorities:
The Ontario Ministry of Transportation CVOR 113-517-668 and Interstate Commerce Commission MC-267047. We take our licensing of these authorities seriously. Rideway is also a Canadian Custom Bonded carrier.
